DUro-Last and Johns Manville
Greetings from Duro-Last world. We have been very busy around the midwest putting the worlds best cool white roof on lots of huge buildings. This week we have been reviewing Johns Manville , FiberTite Roofing Systems , GAF Materials Corporation , and Carlisle-SynTec just to name a few. We are the worlds best installer of the Duro-Last roofing system and we love to get it into the spec's for new construction We have been working with Dodgeview and Bid Clerk to get the new sales staff really rolling. We have been conducting online polls to see what really matters to clients when they get a new roof and what they like or what went wrong when they had their last roof put on. We are working with the Duro-Last roof and Installing lots of Solar PV and Solar Hot water systems. We are also offering wind micro turbines. But you dont need either to see that the Duro-Last cool white roof will save your money from HVAC costs just look at your power bill. In MN a Duro-Last roof can save you a boat load but where it can help even more is where there is high AC demand year round. Lets not forget how a cool white roof can help stop global warming. Happy Sunday

Happy Friday with a side of DUro-last and Sarnafil from solar power in mn
Well its a great warm day in mn. I have been doing some research with white roof systems that work well in mn. I came up with the conclusion that Duro-Last and Sarnafil are two of the top options. They both are white and carry a high envery star status. They have high reflectivity and last a long time with a good warranty. Duro-last is made in custom sheets in factory up to 2500 sq feet white Sarnafil is a rolled good that can be sized to any job fully welded on site. They are both a PVC blend with a scrim inside. In testing them the duro-last seemed to be harder to pull apart after an initial but but both were strong. Duro-last come in 40 up to a special 100 mil while Sarnafil comes in 60-80 mil in standard rolled goods. Being a PVC with flame retardants neigher will burn after being pulled away from a flame in a burn test and both have additives so molds will stay off them. I also like the way both work well with solar PV installs and the high reflectitvity works well with the Solyndra 360 spiral solar cells. Either would be a great choice in Mn for a COOL WHITE ROOF with SOLAR.
